Once you decide the dates and the property, you can book and pay online on adadavilla.com by filling out and submit the booking request form. After receving your request, our team members check the availability of the property, and then we confirm your reservation by e-mail.
30% of the total reservation amount is requested as deposit payment, and % 70 of the the amount is collected on arrival. Types of deposit payment can be bank transfer or cash.
Once the deposit payment is made, a vacation rental contract mail is send. After filling the requested information and signing the contract, please send the contract back. Then you will receive a travel document mail and your reservation is complete.
Cancellation refund policy is included and explained in the reservation confirmation form. Full amount of the deposit payment is refunded if cancellation is made 45 days before the arrival date.
