Number of occupancy / Villa Capacity

Max occupancy is 7 pax.The number of people mentioned in the reservation is considered to be the basis of the stay and the capacity overrun is not allowed. Children older than 4 years of age qualify as occupants. Guests should inform reception of any visitors they allow in the villa or premises and produce ID information if visitors are to stay in the villa.

Check in / check out hours

Check in time is 15:00 am or later and check out time is 10.00 am or sooner. Between these hours, the house is cleaned for the next reservation.  

Security Deposit

500 TL security deposit fee is the fee cash collected on arrival.  Upon check out, if there is no damage occured in property, the security deposit fee is fully refunded.

Guest Responsibilites

Guests will move around the villa and residences in the villa, with respect to the general rules of respect and neighborliness and avoid any uncomfortable behavior and noise. In addition, they must not take part in any activity considered illegal by law. The guest is also responsible for possible accidents, damages and unlawful activities arising from their own faults and behaviors in the rented house during the stay and other individuals staying in the residence.
The guests agree to submit a valid identity document, including infants and children, under the provisions of the Law on Identity Act No. 1774 and undertakes that the information they provide is accurate and complete.

Extra Cleaning Service

Extra cleaning request is charged extra.

Use of Swimming Pool

Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning is done periodically by professional staff. Guest should follow the swimming pool rules  by the pool and all children must be supervised. Swimming Pool can be used  between 08:00 - 20:00 hours.


Pet Policy 

If not stated otherwise, pets are not allowed.

Electricity & Water Usage

Electricity & Water usage is not included in the price and calculated and billed prior to check out. Cleaning fee is 250 TL.
